My journey to discover my Hebrew roots began on January 3, 2004. Oddly enough that was the day I married my wife Sharon. One of the terms of our marriage covenant was that we would read the bible through every year, the reason being, we wanted YHVH as the cornerstone of our marriage. We thought that would be the best way to include Him in our lives, to get his point of view.
For these past eight years we have been faithful to the covenant we made with one another, we are now on our ninth trip together, the three of us.
Funny thing happens when you actually begin to read the bible cover to cover, you begin to see things in a new light. Some of the things you used to believe as a given just because some man said it, be it your pastor, your mother or father or something or someone you have placed your trust in. I began to ask
I decided that I didn’t want my eternal life to depend on something that someone else told me, no matter how well intentioned that person might be. I finally figured that there was only one Rabbi, one Teacher, one Man I should follow. His name is Yahshua.
